Last night, I stumbled upon a new gem in Mystic—a brand-new Mediterranean restaurant, sitting quaintly right across from Pearl Provisions and Tipples. I hadn’t planned on discovering a new spot, but sometimes, the best experiences happen when you least expect them.

From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere wrapped around me like a warm embrace—cozy, inviting, and buzzing with the kind of energy that makes you want to stay a little longer. At the bar, I was greeted by one of the owners, Mariah, who was expertly crafting cocktails with the kind of finesse that comes from knowing exactly what people want before they even ask.

My server for the evening, Lindsay, was nothing short of amazing—attentive, welcoming, and even eager to help me capture some content before the impending snowstorm rolled in. It’s always a great feeling when staff not only serve you but truly engage in the experience with you.

Behind the scenes, Chef Julian and Chef Tabitha were working their magic in the kitchen. The air was filled with the rich, hypnotizing aroma of Mediterranean spices, freshly baked bread, and sizzling steaks. Unfortunately, I was only stopping in for a quick Espresso Martini, but let me tell you—it was worth it.

Made with freshly brewed espresso and a perfectly balanced mix of spirits, this Espresso Martini had a smooth and refined taste, just how I like it! No overpowering bitterness, no syrupy aftertaste—just pure, velvety goodness.

I didn’t stay long, but I left knowing one thing: I’ll definitely be back. If my short visit was this enjoyable, I can only imagine what an evening filled with Mediterranean flavors, expertly crafted cocktails, and that warm, welcoming energy would be like. Before leaving I snapped a few photos of some of the patrons enjoying their night at the restaurant:

Mystic, you’ve got another winner. ✨ Can’t wait to see how this restaurant grows in the area and beyond!

  1. I stopped here too! I know the other Chef’s name is Tabetha Soto. The food is unique and has a beautiful twist of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flair! I am looking to go back in a few weeks!
