When the restaurant wanted professional photos to showcase their weekly specials, they knew who to call—yours truly. 😉 With Chef Roelle’s incredible eye for plating, capturing these dishes was effortless. Seriously, every plate looked like it belonged in a gallery. 🎨🍴

For me, it’s all about finding the right angle. The trick? Not too close, not too far—just enough to highlight the details without losing the bigger picture. I always think about how I’d want to see the dish if I were sitting right in front of it. One common mistake people make is zooming in too much and missing the textures, colors, or extra elements that make the dish pop. Other common mistakes have to do with the angle, smudges on the lens, and lighting.
